  2. Resume Screening: For HRs to identify the best candidates by correlating hiring criteria with candidates' experiences and skills
  3. Employee Engagement: Provide managers with in-depth diagnostics on team or company culture
  4. People Management: Streamline employee information and leave management processes
Responsibilities
  1. Model Design and Development: Research, develop, fine-tune, and adapt foundational models for various AI applications; and utilise knowledge bases such as vector databases, search indices, or other data stores for search and retrieval use cases
  2. Data Engineering: Engage in ETL processes, data engineering, and data preprocessing to support the AI system's robust functionality
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product team to research, define, and implement new algorithms and functionalities, ensuring alignment with R&D milestones, business goals and user needs
  4. Integration of Latest Technologies: Remain updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies. Leverage open-source software libraries and external systems to enhance product performance and user experience continually
  5. Scalability and Optimisation: Ensure the scalability and efficiency of AI solutions by optimising computational resources and performance to meet evolving demands
Who We’re Looking For
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, with a solid focus on AI and machine learning
  2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning, demonstrating proficiency in working with foundational models such as Large Language Models
  3. Proven experience in collaborative team environments, including close interaction with business and product teams.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements seamlessly into technical solutions
  5. Passion for technology and research, with a desire to contribute to cutting-edge projects
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  7. Strong English proficiency are critical for our global, diverse team
